These insoles are also ideal for improving your everyday comfort and balance, even if you do not have pain issues.
2. Are these orthotic insoles suitable for plantar fasciitis?
Yes, absolutely! Our orthotic insoles are designed to relieve heel and arch pain by supporting the natural shape of your foot. The orthotic footbed reduces pressure on the plantar fascia and provides support and cushioning where it’s needed most. These foot pain relief insoles are also suitable for other foot conditions such as flat feet, overpronation, heel spurs, achilles tendinitis etc.
3. Are these orthotic insoles suitable for flat feet?
Our insoles feature flexible supportive materials making them the ideal orthotic insoles for flat feet. They are designed to support the natural arch of the foot. They help distribute pressure evenly, reduce pain, and improve balance for people with fallen arches or overpronation.
4. Are these insoles suitable for all types of shoes?
Absolutely. The lightweight and flexible design allows our insoles to fit comfortably into most shoes from casual sneakers and work shoes to running trainers and boots. To know if your shoes have enough depth to accommodate them, please ensure you can take the existing insoles out from the shoes.

6. Can I move the insoles between different pairs of shoes?
Yes! Our foot pain relief insoles are fully removable and can be used in multiple shoes, allowing you to experience consistent comfort and support throughout your day. Some customers also choose to get multiple insoles to avoid having to swap them between shoes.
7. How do I know my size before ordering?

8. Can I trim the front of my insoles?
Yes you can, the front quarter portion of an orthotic insole (toe area) is simply padding for shock absorption, and can be trimmed or cut without affecting the main structure of the arch support. For specific directions on how best to do this, please refer to the back of the product packaging.
9. Where are you from and where do you ship from?
We are a 100% Australian owned company, based in Melbourne, Australia. We ship directly from our headquarters here in Knoxfield, Melbourne.
10. Are your insoles recommended by health professionals?
Yes. Our entire range of slides, insoles, and shoes are sold and recommended by podiatrists and physios all around Australia. Our products have also been designed in collaboration with podiatrists and footwear experts. Our orthotic insoles are also registered as a TGA Approved Class 1 Medical Device in Australia.
11. What if my insoles don’t fit properly?
No worries! We offer a 45-day return or swap policy. If you’re not completely happy with the fit, you can easily exchange or return your product. It is our mission to help you find the perfect fit and to walk in total comfort and confidence.
