Returns & Exchange

Exchanges

If you require an exchange to a different size or different colour, we provide free exchanges. Simply email us your name, order number and request to hello@archline.shop.

Please note we can only exchange to items that are listed as available/in stock on the website.

We are unable to do exchanges for international orders until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns/Refunds

If you require a return (i.e. unsuitable for you) simply follow the following steps:

  1. Take photos of the condition of the product (sole & upper).
  2. Post the item back to us at our headquarters (i.e via Australia Post or Sendle etc.) to:

  3. Record or a keep a copy of the tracking information.
  4. Fill and submit the Refund Request Form here.
  5. We should be able to issue your refund after receiving all the correct information.

Terms & Conditions for Returns/Refunds

  1. Items are of a resellable condition (i.e. not dirty).
  2. Items are posted back in its original packaging.
  3. Claim is made within 45 Days of Receiving.
  4. Return postage is covered by the buyer.
  5. Tracking number MUST be provided to us when processing any return or exchange. If the tracking isn’t provided, this can result in delays.
  6. The original shoebox must be in its original condition and must not be marked with packing tape, label stickers, writing etc. as this will affect your refund value. 
  7. We deduct a 10% restocking fee for items sent back without the original packaging.

Warranty Information

  1. All of our products are covered under a 12 month manufacturer's warranty
  2. In the event of a faulty item (due to manufacturing or defective issues) we will resend a new replacement.
