1. What are Orthotic Arch Support Slippers?
Orthotic Arch Support Slippers are slippers that feature an in-built orthotic footbed inside and warm inner lining that keeps your feet warm and cosy. The orthotic footbed is designed to provide the support, comfort and relief that regular, flat slippers are unable to.
2. Are these slippers suitable for plantar fasciitis?
Yes, absolutely! Our plantar fasciitis slippers are designed to relieve heel and arch pain by supporting the natural shape of your foot. The orthotic footbed inside reduces pressure on the plantar fascia and provides support and cushioning where it’s needed most.
3. Are they suitable for both men and women?
Definitely. Our orthotic slippers Australia range includes a variety of designs for both men and women, all with the same supportive footbed base and warm snuggly fit.
4. What material are these slippers made from?
The uppers of our slippers are made of Terelyne Cotton (TC) which is 50% cotton and 50% polyester. This material has been chosen due to having anti-bacterial, anti-microbial properties, as well as being super warm and animal-free. The internal arch support footbed is made of EVA, while the outsole is made of TPR Rubber.
5. How do I wash my orthotic slippers?
They’re completely machine washable! Just pop them in a gentle cold-water cycle and air or machine dry. The materials are designed to maintain their shape and softness after every wash.
6. Can these slippers be worn both inside and outside?
Yes they sure can. They have a rubber outsole which can be worn both indoors and outdoors.
7. How do I know my size before ordering?

8. What are the fit of these slippers?
Our slippers are unisex but standard fitting conventions apply. They are both a D width for Women’s or a EE width for Men’s. This fit is classed as normal to wide, and is 1 standard deviation wider than a standard C (women’s) and D (men’s) width. This means normal feet to wide feet will fit comfortably in these shoes.
9. What if I have narrow feet?
Narrow feet tend to find it harder to fit into our slippers. We recommend trying the Plus style of slippers as they feature a fastener that goes over the top of the feet, making it feel more secure and less roomy.
10. Where are you from and where do you ship from?
We are a 100% Australian owned company, based in Melbourne, Australia. We ship directly from our headquarters here in Knoxfield, Melbourne.
11. Are your slippers recommended by health professionals?
